Joshua Eliud Rosenberg, M.S., P.E.
Mr. Rosenberg is a professional engineer with over a decade of experience consulting in the engineering and construction (E&C) sector. He completed his master’s degree in Geo-Environmental engineering, an interdisciplinary civil engineering program that encompasses concepts and curricula from the environmental, geotechnical, and water resources engineering disciplines. Since entering the E&C sector as a professional, Mr. Rosenberg has continued to study the interface between the natural and built environments with emphasis on ensuring the sustainability and resilience of the world’s infrastructure. He has inspected, designed and overseen the construction of a diversity of site civil, bridge, dam, and coastal projects. As principal of RMA, Mr. Rosenberg is responsible for project management, project design, overseeing staff and providing construction administration services for projects. Furthermore, Mr. Rosenberg is a leader in state-of-the-art software integration and data management including geospatial information systems technologies (GIS). He is also renowned for his expertise in numerical modeling and mapping of riparian systems and has taken a leadership role in the engineering community, as a Water Energy, and Environment Committee member, and as a champion member of the Engineering Design for Change (EDC) Committee. Experience includes all phases of analysis, feasibility concept studies, condition assessment, rehabilitation design of existing facilities, as well as the complete analysis and design of new systems. Mr. Rosenberg has successfully completed numerous projects involving the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), state agencies (RIDEM, RIDOT, MASSDOT, MADCR, MADER), and municipalities in the tristate area.
